The Archangel Centers provides detox and inpatient rehab coordination and placement as a concierge service if the client requires a higher level of care than what is offered at the current Archangel Centers locations. This ensures a continuum of care throughout all levels of treatment.
What detox and inpatient rehab is
Medical detox is the supervised process of safely clearing substances from the body while managing withdrawal under medical care. Inpatient or residential rehab provides 24-hour on-site care and supervision. Both are higher levels of care than outpatient treatment and require a licensed facility. As an outpatient provider, we do not deliver detox or residential care on-site, but we coordinate and place clients with vetted, licensed partners and provide the step-down outpatient programming that follows.

No. We are an outpatient provider with no on-site detox unit or residential beds. We coordinate detox and inpatient rehab with licensed partner facilities as a concierge service and transition you into our outpatient programming once you are stable.
Our admissions team completes a confidential assessment. If withdrawal could be unsafe without supervision, or if a residential level of care is appropriate, we help arrange placement at a licensed facility before you begin outpatient care.
Once you are medically stable, we coordinate a same-week step-down into our outpatient programming so momentum is not lost and the continuum of care stays intact.
